Green Moto Retrun Policy
Only new e-bikes may be returned under this policy, see next paragraph for more details; accessories, used bikes, parts and repair service are subject to final sale. Customized orders including parts and labor are not eligible for return and packing/shipping fees, tune-up service fee or any other fee are non-refundable.
A customer that purchased a new e-bike has the opportunity to return the e-bike within seven days after purchase and provided the customer pays a fee of 20% of the purchase price of the bike for handling and restocking. The date of purchase shall be the same date as shown on the invoice for that e-bike. Further, in order for an e-bike to qualify under this return policy, the e-bike has to be unused, undamaged, clean and in its original condition; an e-bike is considered used if it has been operated for more than 5 kms and does not qualify to be returned under this return policy.
In case a customer receives a wrong product or a product with missing parts as a consequence of an oversight on our behalf, we will replace the wrong product received with the proper one or send missing parts. Customer agrees to return any wrong product to us. Any additional shipping fees will be paid by us.
We will exercise reasonable effort to satisfy requests from customers regarding exchanging a newly bought e-bike for an e-bike of the same model but different colour, provided there is stock availability for such colour.
A store-credit worth of a depreciated value may be offered to products that are not eligible for return due to negligible reasons but are wished to be.
